Seller responsibilities
Sellers must provide accurate business and account information and use the service only for legitimate COD order confirmation workflows.
Accurate reports
Return cases must be submitted in good faith based on genuine COD return events known to the seller.
Prohibited misuse
- Harassment or defamation of customers
- Bulk enumeration of phone numbers
- Resale or redistribution of lookup information
- Attempts to bypass verification, rate limits, or access controls
No guarantee of future delivery behavior
SAFE COD LK displays historical reported cases only. It does not guarantee future customer behavior or delivery outcomes.
Account suspension
Operators may suspend or reject accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the community.
Dispute handling
Disputes may be reviewed by administrators. Case status may change as a result.
Service availability
The service may change, experience downtime, or have feature limits as the platform evolves.
Acceptable use
Use SAFE COD LK as a decision-support utility for COD dispatch, not as a public shame list or automated ban system.
